Creating Information

Information is entered flexibly via the Menu Navigation, the Tasks & Topics list in the project, in a Meeting or via the options in Documents and Folders. The respective elements are automatically linked in the process.



When creating information, you only need to enter the title. After that, you can save the information without providing any additional information. Furthermore, the desired Categories can be set, which can simplify the subsequent Search & Filter later on.

Editing Details, Assignment, and Coordination

In the details section, you can add a description and attachments from the project or the device. In the Mobile App, you can also take photos or record videos directly using the device’s camera. For more information, see the following article: Taking Photos in the Mobile App.



In the assignment, you can define the recipients who should be notified. Use the arrow keys on the keyboard to navigate through the list of people and press ENTER to add them. Alternatively, you can select all people from a Teams or a contact group. Once the recipients have been entered and the information is saved, they will receive a Notification.



In the coordination process, information can be assigned to a meeting.

Editing Information

Information can be entered at Comments. The people listed as recipients during assignment are automatically suggested when addressing an email, preceded by "@". This allows you to ask questions about the information and link attachments directly from the project or upload them from your device. It is also possible to create a follow-up task via a comment or to document it as Decision.



Using the options, you can copy the link to the information at Visibility and view the revision history, Personal tasks created, Exported, that Element copied, as Template was created and Deleted.
