Exporting Tasks & Topics
Tasks and topics can be exported as a list or individually as PDF or Excel files. For more information on the Excel export, see the following article: Exporting Tasks & Topics as an Excel File.
Export List
A list of Tasks & Topics can be exported in Word or PDF format. Using the Filter function option, you can specify which tasks and topics should be included in the list. This ensures that only the filtered items are transferred to the list. The filter settings can be saved for quick selection as View.
The list will now be generated and downloaded in the selected format. Attachments, tasks, and linked documents can be opened directly from the exported PDF with a single click.
Single Export
