Create personal tasks
Personal tasks support the organization of one's own activities and serve as a basis for clear self-organization. They create a separate workspace in which personal to-dos can be planned and prioritized independently of projects. The added value lies in the fact that everyday working life is organized more clearly and concentration on the essentials is supported. A particular advantage is that personal subtasks can be created from existing project tasks. This allows you to separate out your own work steps and organize them in your personal division. This maintains transparency in the project while allowing personal work steps to be planned in a structured manner. The focus area in the task board can be used to highlight the currently most important activities and plan the workflow. Sorting and filtering in the board also creates a visual planning of your own tasks. This creates a bridge between project work and Personal planning.

Personal tasks are only visible to the person themselves. They can be entered flexibly via the menu navigation, the personal task board or directly from the options for documents, meetings, tasks & topics, journal entries, notifications and inspections & approvals. The corresponding elements are linked automatically. Personal tasks can also be created directly in the task board using the " + symbol".



When creating a personal task, the title, due date, prioritization, description, links and checklists can be entered.
