Navigation in the buildagil apps

The apps can be installed for Outlook, Archicad, and Revit. The Personal Home page serves as a central entry point. It displays an overview of current tasks and supports daily planning. For more information, see the following article: Personal Home Page.

The project overview displays all available projects. You can mark projects as favorites to access frequently used project content more quickly. Through the projects, you can access content such as contacts, documents, planning, tasks & topics, meetings, journal entries, controls & inspections, etc. For more information, see the following article: Projects & Favorites.

The personal task list shows all tasks assigned to a user. For more information, see the following article: Tasks.

New Tasks & Topics, Journal Entries, Controls & Inspections, and Meetings can be created directly from the navigation bar.

The schedule overview displays all cross-project meetings in which a user is listed as a participant at one location. This provides clear access to the meetings directly within the apps. For more information, see the following articles: Meetings & Protocols.

In addition, the Search is available, which allows you to find elements across multiple projects. Furthermore, the Messages can be opened and edited. Individual preferences, such as language, can be customized in your personal settings. For more information, see the following article: Personal Settings.
