Tasks with a Target date and Test tasks cannot be moved.

Personal task planning
Personal task planning is used to clearly display upcoming activities and set priorities. Filter functions and the personal task board create a structured overview so that personal tasks can be organized efficiently. You can find more information in the following article: Personal home.

Personal tasks are displayed together with the project tasks and journal entries on the personal task board. Tasks can be highlighted in the focus area of the board using drag & drop and bundled for the current edit. Project tasks can also be moved to the focus area without changing the due date. This creates a personal daily or weekly schedule, while the due date in the project remains the same. Tasks can be sorted individually in the focus area to structure your own workflow. A task can be removed from the division by right-clicking on it.

Open and completed personal tasks can also be found via Global search.

Individual memories
Individual reminders can also be created by setting the date and time.

When a reminder is set, a notification is sent to Reporting center from where the reminder can be set again. This makes it easier to follow up.
