Taking Photos in the Mobile App

In Mobile App, you can access the attachments in the description of Tasks & Topics and Journal entries, as well as via the Comments, photos and videos can be captured directly using the built-in camera or the device’s camera. For the Controls & Inspections, these options are also available in the interactive protocol for photos and videos.



You can switch to the device's camera via the options. Depending on the device you're using, additional shooting settings may be available. However, the device's camera does not allow for direct editing after taking a photo, and you cannot take multiple photos in quick succession.



The built-in camera is enabled by default. It allows for direct editing and taking multiple photos. Using the built-in camera’s options, you can enable or disable burst mode and the Image Editing feature after taking a photo. In addition, the flashlight can be activated directly from the built-in camera.



In addition, it is possible to add a Image Description immediately after creating a journal entry.
