Editing Journal Entries
Journal entries are displayed according to the Create in the "My Journal Entries" or "All Journal Entries" list within the project.

To edit a specific journal, you can open it first.

Here, you can edit the title, categories, classification, and details related to the involved company. In the details section, you can also add or remove additional attachments, such as documents or links.

For the date, you can adjust both the date and the time the photo was taken.

Photos and videos can be added or removed later directly from the project or from the device. You can also add or edit an image description to provide more detailed information about the image. The description will then also be visible in the Media library.

In addition, during assignment and planning, the person responsible and the due date can be adjusted. In the coordination phase, the journal can be added to additional meetings.

You can also select via The comments Contact Groups or Teams can be selected, so that all assigned people can be selected via the quick selection to send a notification to a specific group of people.

Using the options, you can copy the link to the journal entry, Visibility and the revision history can be displayed, Observed the element, Personal tasks created, Exported and the journal is copied, created as Template or Deleted.
