Viewing the Change History

The revision history for a Journal Entry can be accessed via the advanced options in the open journal entry. For more information on how to use this feature, see the article Change History.

Fields in Journal Entries

To make it possible to track who modified a journal entry and when, changes to the following fields are recorded in the change history.

  • Title
  • Categories
  • Classification (documentation, defect, or incident)
  • Date (Date the entry was created)
  • Photos & Videos
  • Description
  • Company involved
  • Responsibility
  • Due Date
  • target date
  • status
  • visibility
