Exporting Journal Entries


Journal entries can be exported as a list or individually as PDF or Excel files. For more information on Excel exports, see the following article: Exporting Journal Entries to Excel.


Export List

A list from Journal entries can be exported in Word or PDF format. You can use the Filter function to specify which entries should be included in the list. Only the filtered entries will be transferred. The filter settings can be saved for quick selection as View.



The list will now be generated and downloaded in the selected format. Attachments, tasks, and linked documents can be opened directly from the exported PDF with a single click.

Single Export

Individual journal entries can be exported directly via the context menu. This allows you to export specific entries as PDF files. For more information on editing journal entries, see the following article: Editing Journal Entries.
