Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting Issues When Opening Links from Outlook Online
If you open a link from a buildagil email in Outlook Online, the desktop app may not behave as expected: If buildagil is already open as a desktop app, clicking the link will have no effect. If the app is closed, the desktop app will open.
In the Chrome and Edge app settings, you can specify whether supported links should open directly in buildagil (desktop app) or in the browser.
Chrome:
You can open the app manager by clicking the following link: chrome://apps. Then, right-click on the buildagil app to open its settings. Under "Open supported links," you can select the desired option for opening the links.

Microsoft Edge:
You can open App Management using the following link: edge://apps. Then, click "Details" to open the settings. Next, enable the option under "Allow this app to open supported links." This will open the links in the desktop app instead of in the browser.
