Installing the Archicad app

The Archicad app can be installed on a per-device basis.

Windows:
Download the buildagil Archicad 27 app for Windows
Download the buildagil Archicad 28 app for Windows
Download the buildagil Archicad 29 app for Windows

When you download the file, a ZIP file will be downloaded that must be extracted. For Windows, the ZIP file contains an ".apx" file. It is recommended that you save this file to the Archicad Add-Ons folder. Example path:

C:\Program Files\Graphisoft\Archicad 28\Add-Ons

Mac:
Download the buildagil Archicad 28 app for Mac
Download the buildagil Archicad 29 app for Mac

When you download the file, a ZIP file will be downloaded that needs to be extracted. For Mac, the ZIP file contains a ".bundle" file. It is recommended that you save this file to the Archicad Add-Ons folder. Example path:

/Applications/Graphisoft/Archicad 28/Add-Ons

In Archicad, you can then open the Add-On Manager from the "Tools" menu.

Here, you must enable the "Use designated add-on directory" option so that the file is loaded correctly from the folder.

Next, you must save the changes and restart Archicad.

Once the installation is complete, the app will appear in the list of available add-ons in the Add-On Manager. In addition, a new "buildagil" tab will appear in Archicad, which can be used to open the Archicad app and navigate to buildagil Logged in.
