Controls & Inspections


Controls and inspections make it possible to prepare a structured construction inspection and project inspection process with various checkpoints and to carry out the execution according to the prepared procedure.
A wide range of elements can be used to efficiently prepare for and execute controls and inspections. The individual control points are defined within the elements and can then be reviewed and addressed during the construction inspection process.



After the execution of the construction inspection, a protocol of the inspection can be printed and sent to the parties involved.

Model Viewer / BIM Extensions

Distance Measurement:
Distance measurement can be used to measure the distance between two surfaces.



Point Measurement:
Point measurement can be used to determine the coordinates of a point.



Cut edges:
When cuts are made, the cut edges are highlighted in red.



Distinctive selection of elements:
When "Highlight Selection" is enabled in the display options, the edges of selected objects are displayed as thicker lines.

Cross-Project Templates / Company Templates


Company templates make it possible to create templates for tasks and inspections that can be used across all projects.


These templates can be used by all employees of the company. In addition, employees have the option of creating personal templates that can be used across projects.



Cross-project templates are available only to companies with a Team Package.

Tabs in the Desktop app

Using tabs in the desktop app allows you to view and edit multiple projects simultaneously within the same window.

Tips & Tricks: Drag & Drop into the Favorites Folder

Documents and emails can be dragged and dropped directly into a favorites folder. This feature is especially useful when used in combination with the Buildagil Outlook app.



Favorite views can be linked, renamed, and deleted using the three dots.
