BIM | Displaying Journal Entries in the Model
In addition to the tasks, Journal Entries are now displayed in Model. The entries created can be viewed in the task list.

You can create journal entries directly in the model by clicking the "Create Journal Entry" button.

Skip the approval of the minutes
The approval of control and inspection reports can be skipped by selecting Grant Approval Immediately.

Now that the protocol has been sent, you can also view the sending details for the protocol.

Meetings | Scheduling Multiple Follow-Up Appointments
It is possible to create multiple follow-up appointments at once. To do this, click ... under Create Follow-up Appointment.

You can then enter the time interval and the number of appointments. The appointments are created and can be edited and saved.

The meetings can then be displayed in the overview.

Meetings | Importing Tasks & Topics from Other Meetings
When preparing for a meeting, you can filter by tasks and topics from other meetings. Clicking the filter icon allows you to expand the filter to include other meetings.

Sending Decisions as Attachments to External Participants
Previous decisions made during a meeting of a certain type can be added to the protocol as an attachment for external participants.

Shipping Details for the Protocol
Now that the protocol has been sent, you can also view the sending details for the protocol.

If attachments were included in the protocol, they can be viewed under Sent Attachments.

Notifications | Expansion of Sent Messages
When you filter by sent messages in the Notification Center, other message types (such as assigning a task or sending a protocol) are listed in addition to the comments. If you hover your mouse over the message title, the recipients are displayed.

Plot Service | Applying Settings to Multiple Documents
If you want to print multiple documents with the same plot settings, you can apply the settings from one document to all selected documents by clicking Apply to All.

Plot Service | Phone Number for Inquiries
When the plot job is sent, the phone number on file is now also included in the order for any follow-up questions.

Plot Service | Note on Placing Orders
In the Project settings, you can enter a note regarding order creation for the selected plot service.

The note will then be displayed in the plot settings.

When the visibility filter is enabled, the hidden folders and files are displayed in gray. This improves the overview and navigation within the folder structure for visibility checks.
