Version Check for Printed PDF Documents

PDF documents can now be embedded with a QR code. When scanned, this QR code indicates whether the printed plan or document is up to date. The execution of the version check can be performed by all users, regardless of whether they are users in the corresponding project. In addition, the version check links directly to the most recent digital plan, which users in the corresponding project can open.

Tablet mode

Tablet mode is designed to make it easier to use and navigate buildagil via touch when using a Windows convertible or Windows tablet. By switching to tablet mode, you can use buildagil with the same interface and gesture controls as the mobile app.

To use tablet mode, you must first install the desktop app: Install the desktop app

In the desktop app, you can click on your profile picture. From there, you can enable tablet mode.

Tablet mode is active only for the open window and is automatically disabled when the window is closed.

Optimized Window Navigation

When an element is opened in buildagil, the window navigation bar appears at the bottom right of the screen. You can use the window navigation bar to switch between open elements and minimize them.

To switch between open items, click the desired item. Clicking the currently open item minimizes it.

Clicking on the bottom bar minimizes all elements.

More Compact Navigation

When using buildagil, significantly fewer new tabs and windows are opened. This applies to both the browser and the Desktop App.

Tip: You can use the middle mouse button to open projects and elements directly in a new tab or window.

Tips and Tricks: Favorites

Using favorites can help you work more efficiently with buildagil. Favorites allow you to perform navigation quickly within the project and from your personal home page.

For example, you can create favorites for folders, files, or views that you use frequently. These folders, files, and views can then be opened with a single click. Favorites can be created for nearly all areas and elements of buildagil.
