Version Verification Using a QR Code for PDF Documents

By embedding QR codes in PDF documents, you can verify that plans and documents are up to date at any time. When you scan the QR code, the system will indicate whether you have the most recent version. If a new version is available, you can open it directly, provided you have the appropriate permissions.

Downloading & Printing PDF Documents Using a QR Code

PDF documents and plans can be downloaded or printed with a QR code. By scanning the QR code, you can verify that the document is up to date. The position of the QR code can be set to the default or customized. The configurations can be defined by a project administrator in the Project settings. To download multiple PDF documents with QR codes at the same time, select the desired documents and then download them using the options. The QR code measures 26.81 x 30.35 mm.

You can adjust the position of the QR code using the "Advanced Edit" feature and check it in the preview.
