By embedding QR codes in PDF documents, you can verify that plans and documents are up to date at any time. When you scan the QR code, the system will indicate whether you have the most recent version. If a new version is available, you can open it directly, provided you have the appropriate permissions.
Downloading & Printing PDF Documents Using a QR Code
PDF documents and plans can be downloaded or printed with a QR code. By scanning the QR code, you can verify that the document is up to date. The position of the QR code can be set to the default or customized. The configurations can be defined by a project administrator in the Project settings. To download multiple PDF documents with QR codes at the same time, select the desired documents and then download them using the options. The QR code measures 26.81 x 30.35 mm.

Sending PDFs with QR Codes to External Contacts
PDF documents containing a QR code can be sent to external contacts to allow version verification even outside the project. You can also select multiple PDF documents and send them externally via "Options."

You can adjust the position of the QR code using the "Advanced Edit" feature and check it in the preview.

Plotting a PDF with a QR Code
By plotting PDF documents containing QR codes, you can ensure that physical plans can also be checked to verify that they are up to date.

The QR code position is defined for each document and can be checked using the preview.

Scanning the QR code with a mobile device
By scanning a QR code with a smartphone or tablet, you can check whether a plan is up to date at the location.
Ad for people without the mobile app
After the file is imported, a website opens displaying the version information. Users with access to the project can open the current version directly. This is not possible without access.

If the buildagil app is installed on the device when the document is scanned, it will open automatically and the corresponding message will be displayed. The current version of the document can be opened directly from the message.
