Documents & Plans | Multiple Plot Services
New plot services can now be configured in the project settings. When plotting, you can select which provider to use to order the plans.
In addition, the same plot service can be saved multiple times with different billing addresses. This allows for better organization of plotting in larger projects and clearer allocation of billing.

For more information on plotting documents and plans, see the following article: Plotting Documents & Plans
Documents & Plans | Reverse Sort Order
The modification and creation dates can now be displayed in reverse order in the selection list. This allows you to view documents either from oldest to newest or vice versa. This makes it easier to find the document you're looking for, especially when searching by date. You can also use the “Sort” button to switch between the different sorting options.

For more information on sorting, see the following article: Search & Filter
BIM | Automatically Set the Section Plane in the Viewport
When rotating and moving the model, the cutting tools remain in view, so cuts can be adjusted at any time—even if the tool would otherwise be outside the field of view. This makes working with cuts more efficient and intuitive.

For more information on editing models, see the following article: Opening & Editing Models
BIM | Exporting Views as PDFs
It is possible to export a view from the Model Viewer as a PDF. To this end, the display of contours in both 2D and 3D has been further improved. Lines and edges are now displayed even more clearly and precisely, which makes it easier to orient yourself and continue working on the model.

For more information on exporting views as PDFs, see the following article: Exporting Views as PDFs
Meetings | Agenda Items by Meeting Type
Agenda items can now be restricted or selected by meeting type. This allows meetings to be structured in a clearer and more focused manner.

For more information on meeting types and agenda items, see the following article: Meeting Types & Agenda Items
Tasks | People Filter in the Task Overview
An additional person filter is now available in the task overview. This allows you to view tasks for which specific people from the project are either responsible or involved. This provides a quick overview of all relevant tasks for one or more people within a project.

For more information about the filter options, see the following article: Search & Filter
Journal | Creating a Journal Directly from a Template in the Mobile App
Templates for journal entries can be selected directly in the mobile app when creating them.

To do this, the desired templates must first be pinned. They will then be available for selection when creating journal entries. This makes the process of creating journal entries using templates in the mobile app significantly more efficient.

For more information on journal templates, see the following article: Journal Templates
Outlook app | Support for the new Outlook
The new Outlook is now supported by buildagil. This allows you to reply to comments, create tasks, and search for project content directly in Outlook.
If you want to save an email in the buildagil Outlook app, you can first drag it to the desktop and then upload it to buildagil.

For more information about the Outlook app, see the following article: Outlook app
Tip | Overview of Relevant Tasks
On the personal home, tasks can be displayed on the board as an alternative to the list view. If the filter is set to "Responsible," all tasks for which you are listed as the person responsible will be displayed. A new feature is that when the filter is active, the Personal progress is also adjusted according to the filter. This allows you to focus on the essential tasks from your projects.

For more information about the task board, see the following article: Personal Home Page
