Editing tasks
When creating tasks, the title, categories, details, checklist, assignment & planning and coordination can be edited. You can find more information on creating tasks in the following article: Create tasks.

Via The comments Contact groups or teams can be selected so that all affected persons can be selected via the quick selection to notify a specific group of people. During text entry, the person responsible for the task and any collaborators involved are automatically suggested for addressing.

The options can be used to display the link to the task, the Visibility and the change history, the Element observed, Personal tasks are created, the Element copied and Deleted.

Completion of subtasks
People who are registered for collaboration can complete their subtask as soon as their part of the task has been completed. The subtask is displayed as completed in the personal progress and the other participants can see who has completed their subtask.

Collaborators are notified accordingly that the subtask has been completed.

Completing tasks
To complete a task, the person responsible clicks on the checkbox and then selects Save & complete. Optionally, a result can now be recorded for the task. If the completed task is added to a meeting, this result can be displayed in the meeting minutes. Deviations are possible depending on the log template. After saving, the task is marked as completed.
