Additional Information:
Documents & Plans | Selecting a Signing Service for PDF Documents
The signature option is new and is displayed to all users; it no longer needs to be enabled in advance.

When using the feature, you can select the desired signature service (Skribble, DeepSign, or a PDF app) directly in the dialog box.

For more information on signing PDF documents, see the following article: Signing PDF Documents.
Documents & Plans | Customizable Text for QR Codes
For PDF documents, the new text displayed above the QR code can now be customized. Previously, a fixed standard text was used across all projects. With the new option, this text can be tailored more specifically to the Project settings.

For more information on how to use the QR code, see the following article: Version Verification Using a QR Code for PDF Documents.
BIM | Grouping Model Views
Model views can now be organized into new groups. This makes it much easier to keep track of a large number of saved views. To do this, views are assigned to a group and appear in a structured manner in the Views menu.

For more information about model views, see the following article: Model Views.
Meetings & Protocols | Incorporating Comments on Drafts from Previous Meetings
If topics from a meeting are no longer discussed and are moved to the agenda of a subsequent meeting, your draft comments from the earlier meeting can be edited again in the context of the new meeting and transferred to it. Attachments, images, and linked tasks and topics are retained, eliminating the need to recreate them manually.

For more information about comment types in meetings, see the following article: Meeting Overview.
Meetings & Protocols | Draft Comments When Reworking Protocols
If a protocol is returned to rework for approval after it has been sent, any open draft comments for the meeting will now also be displayed. These can then be finalized and saved as "Addendum to the Protocol".

In addition, a message appears when the protocol is generated if there are still draft comments. This helps prevent open drafts from being accidentally overlooked from the outset.

For more information about comment types in meetings, see the following article: Meeting Overview.
Tasks & Topics | Custom Reminders for Tasks
For tasks, you can now create new custom reminders by setting a date and time. When a reminder is set, you’ll receive a notification. Reminders are also displayed in Reporting Center and can be rescheduled from there.

For more information about the tasks, see the following article: Editing Tasks.
Tasks & Topics | Links in Checklist Items
New links can now be added to a task's checklist. This allows you, for example, to link directly to other tasks and keep track of their status at a glance. In addition, any other links—such as to documents or external resources—can be added as checklist items.

For more information about the tasks, see the following article: Creating Tasks.
More | Extensions to the openCDE API
The openCDE API has been expanded to include various endpoints. This enables deeper integration of buildagil into existing systems and automated processes. The following enhancements have been made:
- Upload a document
- Replace document content
- Move document
- Update metadata for a document
For more information, see the following article or the API documentation: Buildagil openCDE API, Buildagil openCDE API Documentation.
