Personal Tasks
Personal tasks serve as an individual workspace within buildagil, where you can plan and track your own activities—regardless of specific projects—in a clear and organized manner, all in one central location. This allows you to structure and organize your daily work more effectively.

Personal tasks are visible only to the user. They can be created flexibly via the menu navigation, the personal task board, or directly from documents, meetings, tasks & topics, journal entries, and controls & inspections; the corresponding items are automatically linked.

This enables a consistent approach to planning: Personal tasks are displayed alongside project tasks on the personal task board. With the new focus area on the board, tasks that need to be edited right now can be grouped together using drag-and-drop—the due dates remain unchanged.

This consolidation provides a clear overview of all activities at one location. It creates a central, private workspace where personal and project-related work are seamlessly integrated. For more information on personal tasks, see the following article: Personal Tasks.
Home & Navigation | Widgets Not Associated with a Project
It is new to add webcam and website widgets to your personal home page that are not associated with a project. You can access this setting on the home page by clicking "Customize Home Page."

You can then select the desired widget type, with or without a project reference.

For more information on customizing the home page, see the following article: Personal Home Page.
Contacts | Login Information for Project Administrators
Project administrators can now check for users to see if a user was able to register and log in to buildagil, and whether access has thus been successfully set up. The system displays the time frame of the last login: never, within the last 30 days, or more than 30 days ago. This information is updated once a day.

Documents & Plans | Configurable QR Code Position
The position of the QR code can be customized for each project in the Project settings. Multiple configurations can also be saved per project. This allows the QR code to be perfectly adapted to the layout of the respective PDF document.

When adding a QR code to a document, you can select the previously defined configuration.

For more information on version verification using QR codes for PDF documents, see the following article: Version Verification Using a QR Code for PDF Documents
Tasks | Disabling Monitoring During Creation
When creating a task or journal entry, you can now choose whether or not to mark the item as "being tracked." This eliminates the need to reopen the item to change this setting.

For more information on monitoring tasks, see the following article: Observing Tasks.
Journal | Automatic Completion of Company Name
When creating a journal entry, after selecting the person responsible, the corresponding company involved is automatically filled in, provided that no company has been selected yet. This eliminates the need to select the company manually.

For more information on creating journal entries, see the following article: Creating Journal Entries.
