Start & Navigation | Simplified Window Minimization
The Elements window can now be minimized with a single click outside the window. This enables faster and more intuitive navigation and optimizes workflow.

For more information on window navigation, see the following article: Window Navigation.
Profiles & Settings | Summary Notifications
A new option, "Message & Summary Notification," is now available in the Alert Center. This allows you to receive notifications in a single bundle via email and as push notifications at 6:00 a.m. And 12:30 p.m. Each day.

The summary includes all unread messages that had not yet been opened and had not already been sent at the time of dispatch. This maintains an overview without sending a notification for each individual message. This setting can be used for message types such as assignments, comments, or reminders related to tasks and meeting preparation.

For more information about messages and notifications, see the following article: Messages & Notifications.
Personal Tasks | Availability for All Users
Personal tasks are new and available to all users. This allows users to track and organize their own activities independently of projects. Personal tasks help users keep track of their individual tasks and structure their daily work.

Personal tasks are visible only to you. You can manage them via the task board on the home page and view them alongside your project tasks. This provides a centralized overview of all upcoming tasks.

For more information on Personal Tasks, see the following article: Personal Tasks.
Personal Tasks | Global Search
The new feature allows you to find personal tasks via Global search. This also allows you to locate personal tasks you've already completed at any time.

For more information on personal tasks, see the following article: Personal Tasks.
Personal Tasks | Links in Checklist Items
If links are inserted into a checklist item, they will now be displayed as new clickable links. This allows checklist items to include links as additional information in addition to their descriptions.

For more information about personal tasks, see the following article: Personal Tasks.
Project | Custom Navigation Order
The order of the navigation items can now be rearranged using drag-and-drop. This makes the navigation easier to navigate and more visually clear.

For more information on project navigation, see the following article: Project settings.
Project | Custom Order of Categories & Document Properties
You can now reorder category or document property groups using drag-and-drop. This allows you to optimize the project structure and reorganize it as needed.

For more information about categories and document properties, see the following article: Project settings.
BIM | Model Editing with Navisworks
With the Navisworks app, project content such as Model tasks, documents, and other elements from buildagil can be viewed and edited in Navisworks. Model sections from tasks can also be opened directly in Navisworks. This eliminates the need to manually search for the correct view, and changes to the model can be made efficiently.

Models saved in buildagil can be opened directly from the Documents section in the Navisworks app. The App also provides access to your personal home page, tasks, projects, and favorites. Using the OneDrive Synchronization button, changed IFC and PDF files can then be saved directly back to buildagil.

For more information on editing models with Navisworks, see the following article: Model Editing with Navisworks.
BIM | Model Editing with Vectorworks
With the Vectorworks app, project content such as Model tasks, documents, and other elements from buildagil can be viewed and edited in Vectorworks. Model sections from the tasks can also be opened directly in Vectorworks. This eliminates the need to manually search for the correct view, and changes to the model can be made efficiently.

Models saved in buildagil can be opened directly from the Documents section in the Vectorworks app. The App also provides access to your personal home page, tasks, projects, and favorites. Using the OneDrive Synchronization button, changed IFC and PDF files can then be saved directly back to buildagil.

For more information on model editing with Vectorworks, see the following article: Model Editing with Vectorworks.
Meetings & Protocols | Additions to the Lists and Attachments
Newly, meeting lists and attachments can be sent to all participants. This allows for flexible control over distribution and ensures that information is made available to the right recipients. It is also possible to generate a to-do list for open tasks related to the meeting type.

Using the options, you can restrict delivery to external participants, just as before.

For more information about the lists and attachments, see the following article: Reworking the Protocol.
More | Extensions to the openCDE API
The openCDE API has been expanded to include various endpoints. This enables deeper integration of buildagil into existing systems and automated processes. The following enhancements have been made:
- View meetings
- View milestones
- View and create checklist items for tasks
For more information, see the following article or the API documentation: Buildagil openCDE API, Buildagil openCDE API Documentation.
