Message Center Extensions
The Message Center, which serves as the inbox and outbox in buildagil, has been enhanced with the following features:
New Views:
In addition to the existing Unread and Open views, the following views have been added for messages:
- Edited: Displays all messages that have been marked as edited.
- Sent: Displays all sent / outgoing messages.
- All: Displays both sent and received messages.

Messages Sent:
The "Sent" view displays all messages that have been sent.

Mark messages as edited:
In addition to the option to mark messages as read, you can now also mark them as completed using Mark as Completed. These messages will no longer appear directly in the inbox; instead, they can be found under the Edited view.

Search / filter messages:
You can search and filter the messages using the search function.
You can enter multiple keywords into the search field; they will be searched for regardless of the order in which they are entered in the search bar.
Information such as the subject line, content, sender, recipient, and more is searched.
In the All view, for example, you can search through all incoming and outgoing messages.

For detailed information about messages and notifications, see the following article: Messages & Notifications
Turn Off Reminders
You can disable reminders for due tasks and meetings. This can be helpful if you regularly check task due dates and want to avoid unnecessary notifications.

For detailed information on how to disable reminders, see the following article: Notification Settings
Templates for Topics, Information, and Decisions
It is possible to create templates not only for tasks, but also for topics, information, and decisions. In these templates, fields such as title, categories, and description can be filled out and reused later. These predefined templates can then be selected and applied when creating new items.

For detailed information on using templates, see the following article: Assignment Templates
Easily Adjust Due Dates
To quickly and easily adjust the due date of tasks, you can click the due date in either the list view or the schedule view and select a new due date.
List view:
The due date can be adjusted in all list views in buildaigl. This includes the Personal Home and the project views.

Planning view:

Clear Visibility and Authorization Check
To control which teams have access to which items, there is a visibility filter.
This filter is available in Documents, Tasks, Topics, and the Journal.
When the filter is enabled, only the folders, documents, tasks, and topics that the selected teams have access to will be displayed.

For detailed information on managing and controlling permissions and visibility, see the following article: Permissions & Visibility Settings
Optimizing Visibility in the Folder Structure
It is possible that certain teams may not be able to see a folder even though they have the necessary permissions. This happens when visibility is not set correctly from the top-level folder structure all the way down to the target folder.
To avoid such discrepancies, a warning message is displayed in cases where the path to the destination folder is not visible to a team.

For detailed information about visibility settings in the folder structure, see the following article: Visibility Settings in the Folder Structure
Model Viewer / BIM Extensions
The following enhancements and optimizations were made in the division of BIM and IFC models:
Measuring Lines:
Lines can also be selected during measurements. The easiest way to do this is to have the Snap option active during the measurement.
This feature can play a very useful role, for example, when measuring track centers.

Optimized loading times:
Loading times for displaying and processing models have been optimized and sped up.
Optimized navigation performance on Apple devices:
Performance when viewing, editing, and navigating the model has been optimized for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS.
For detailed information on BIM, models, and the model viewer, see the following article: Open & Edit Models
Tip: Using the Middle Mouse Button
In many situations, you may want to open a piece of content without leaving the current page. Using the middle mouse button, you can open any element in buildagil in a new tab.

In general, you can use the middle mouse button to open any element or view in a new tab.
In the following example, all selected elements can be opened in a new tab. The same applies to other divisions and elements on buildagil.

Another role of the middle mouse button is to close tabs. When you click on an open item in the window navigation bar using the middle mouse button, it closes immediately.
