Project export
With the project export feature, all relevant project data—from documents and contacts to tasks and meeting minutes—can be exported in a compact, structured ZIP archive. This makes it possible to archive a project in its entirety.
The export also supports certain interactive features. For example, hyperlinks lead directly to the correct element within the project export. In addition, the complete version history is available.

For detailed information on project export, see the following article: Project export
Approval Process with Signatures for Controls and Inspections
The approval process for inspections and acceptance tests in buildagil enables structured and efficient approval of acceptance test reports. This process is available not only to users but also to external contacts who do not have access to buildagil. This allows acceptance test reports to be thoroughly reviewed, approved, and signed.

All participants in the inspection process will receive an email with a link to the approval form. Participants may optionally leave a comment and either approve or reject the protocol.

Feedback from individual participants can be tracked and, if necessary, incorporated into the protocol.

If the process is executed using the signature function, a digital signature is applied to the document by each person who approves it.

Once the approval process is complete, the approved protocol, including all signatures, can be sent to all participants and the additional distribution list.

For detailed information on the approval process for controls and inspections, see the following article: Controls & Inspections
Scheduling Controls and Inspections
When creating controls and inspections, similar to meetings, an appointment can be generated and sent via email to all participants.

As an alternative to sending the appointment via Outlook, you can send it directly through Outlook Online.

For detailed information on scheduling appointments for controls and inspections, see the following article: Controls & Inspections
View Visibility Settings / Permissions for Users
The View Visibility by User feature allows you to check in detail which users have access to a folder.

For detailed information about visibility settings in the folder structure, see the following article: Visibility Settings in the Folder Structure
Copying Contact Lists
For teams, contact lists, and companies, you can copy all contacts in the list using Copy All Users & Contacts.

The copied contacts can be inserted into tasks, meetings, inspections, etc.
If contacts are copied to a location outside of buildagil—such as Outlook—all email addresses for the copied contacts will be pasted.
For detailed information on copying contact lists, see the following article: Use Users & External Contacts
The same role for copying contacts is available in inspections and controls. Right-clicking in the participant area displays the Copy List option. The copied list can then be pasted at a different location in buildagil or outside of buildagil, such as in Outlook.

Model Viewer / BIM Extensions
Selection without transparent objects:
The "Select without transparent objects" display option allows you to select objects behind transparent objects or inside transparent objects.
For example, with transparent formwork, the reinforcement can be selected within the formwork object.

Rotating Models Around the Z-Axis:
To navigate the model with even greater precision, press Ctrl + mouse button to rotate the model along the Z-axis.
For detailed information on opening and editing models, see the following article: Open & Edit Models
Copying Model Assemblies
Model assemblies are a central element in buildagil when working with models/BIM. To use model assemblies more efficiently, you can use Copy Assembly to copy the assembly to the clipboard and then paste it into tasks, topics, meetings, etc. The assembly is then stored only in the corresponding element and can be used, for example, to create a suitable assembly with views for a task or to perform the preparation for a meeting.

For detailed information on the model configurations, see the following article: Model Combinations
Media Library Optimizations
The media library now supports uploading and viewing images in HEIC format.
In addition, for MP4 videos, the recording time is retrieved and displayed.
