Documents & Plans | Customizable Text for QR Codes
For PDF documents, the label displayed above the QR code can now be customized in a new way. Previously, a fixed standard text was used across all projects. With the new option, this text can be tailored more specifically to the Project settings.

For more information on how to use the QR code, see the following article: Version Verification Using a QR Code for PDF Documents.
Meetings & Protocols | Incorporating Comments on Drafts from Previous Meetings
If topics from a meeting are no longer discussed and are moved to the agenda of a subsequent meeting, your draft comments from the previous meeting can be edited again in the context of the new meeting and transferred to it. Attachments, images, and linked tasks and topics are retained, eliminating the need to recreate them manually.

For more information about comment types in meetings, see the following article: Meeting Overview.
Meetings & Protocols | Draft Comments When Reworking Protocols
If a protocol document is returned to rework for approval after it has been sent, any open draft comments for the meeting will now also be displayed as new. These can then be finalized and saved as "Addendum to the Protocol".

In addition, a message appears when the protocol is generated if there are still draft comments. This helps prevent open drafts from being accidentally overlooked from the outset.

For more information about comment types in meetings, see the following article: Meeting Overview.
Tasks & Topics | Custom Reminders for Tasks
For tasks, you can now create new custom reminders by setting a date and time. When a reminder is set, you’ll receive a notification. Reminders are also displayed in Reporting Center and can be rescheduled from there.

For more information about the tasks, see the following article: Editing Tasks.
Tasks & Topics | Links in Checklist Items
New links can now be added to a task's checklist. For example, this allows you to link directly to other tasks and keep track of their status at a glance. In addition, any other links—such as those to documents or external resources—can be added as checklist items.

For more information about the tasks, see the following article: Creating Tasks.
