Assignment Templates

You can now create new templates for tasks, exams, and model tasks. When you select a template, all of its content is copied into the new task. This feature makes it easier to manage the structure of tasks and significantly reduces the time needed to create recurring tasks.


A task template can be made available to you personally, to the entire project, or to selected teams and contact groups (this option is available only to project administrators and project coordinators). For more information on creating and using task templates, see the article Assignment Templates.



Calls via Microsoft Teams

You can now call a new contact directly through Teams. To do so, click Call (Call via Teams) next to the contact's name.



After that, the team will open. In the team, you can start the call by clicking Start Call.



Email Display in the Mobile App

E-mails are now new and you can open them in the mobile app and view or download their attachments. In addition, you can tap the Outlook icon to download the email as an ".msg" file and open it with an email app on your smartphone.



Extended Folder Name

With the "Extended Name" feature, long folder names can be split into "Name" and "Extended Name." The "Extended Name" is displayed in parentheses after the "Name" and is not included in the folder or file path. Using the “Extended Name” feature allows you to shorten long paths, thereby preventing conflicts when opening files in local programs (Office, PDF) and when syncing with OneDrive.

Model Viewer Optimizations and Enhancements

Optimizing Load Times and Navigation Performance
The time it takes to load models has been significantly reduced. In addition, navigation within complex models is smoother.


Floor Plan Navigation Expansion
Floor Plan Navigation provides more accurate and improved floor plans to make navigating the floor plans easier. As before, clicking anywhere on the floor plan jumps the view to the corresponding location in the model.
Clicking on the floor title loads a 2d view in bird's-eye perspective showing the floor plan in the model. Double-clicking on an object takes you directly to that location in the 3D view.



Expanding the 2d view
The orthogonal view has been replaced by a 2d view. The 2d view provides a simpler representation of the model and is particularly helpful for side and top views. This view can be combined with cuts to create profiles, for example. In addition, you can use the navigation cube to select a specific perspective (e.g., a side view). As before, configured Views can be saved so that they can be recalled at a later time with a single click.
