Navigation in the Model
Navigating the Model
Navigation within the model aids spatial orientation and allows for a focused examination of individual elements. The various control options enable you to switch efficiently between views and analyze the model. Point rotation is enabled by default. Holding down the left mouse button on any point in the model sets that point as the pivot. The model is rotated by moving the mouse in the desired direction. Zooming is done using the mouse wheel, and panning is done using the right mouse button. Holding down the "CTRL" key while zooming allows for slower and more precise navigation. Additionally, you can navigate using the “WASDQE” keys and the arrow keys. By holding down the “CTRL” key, you can also rotate the model around its own axis.

Navigating with Floor Plans
Navigation using floor plans allows you to select specific floors and locations within the model. This makes it much easier to find your way around complex buildings. A floor plan is automatically generated for each floor. These floor plans, organized by floor, can be opened. When opened, the viewpoint automatically shifts to the selected point in the model on that floor. The viewing direction is visible on the floor plan.
- Opening the Floor Plan Navigation
- Open the 2d view of the floor plan in the bird's-eye perspective
- Set the viewpoint by clicking on the floor plan
