Model Exchange with Revizto

Set Up Model Replacement

It is possible to exchange documents between buildagil and Revizto.
To do this, click Add New Integration under Docs in Revizto.

Now, in Microsoft SharePoint, select Connect Project.

To obtain the SharePoint link, open the desired buildagil project in your browser.
Copy the link up to the project number.

Next, paste the copied link into the "Page Address" field and click Continue.

The login window will then open; please log in using your login credentials. Details on logging in are available at: Registration / Login

The next step is to select the documents. Then click Connect Project.

The project is now linked. The documents can now be viewed and edited in Revizto.

Users who do not have access to the buildagil project can see the link to SharePoint but cannot access the documents. To grant these users access, they must be added to the project and granted the appropriate permissions. For more information, see the following article: Visibility Settings in the Folder Structure

When new documents are uploaded to buildagil, you can reload the files by clicking the Update button.
When new documents are uploaded to buildagil, you can refresh the changes by clicking the Update button.

The automatic exchange of model tasks between Revizto and buildagil has been deliberately omitted, as this would result in duplicate data sets and potentially lead to parallel editing of model tasks in different systems. This would compromise the existence of a single, authoritative source of truth and, consequently, central control and traceability within the project. This, in turn, would result in additional coordination and data reconciliation efforts.
