Editing and Planning Tasks
Tasks can be scheduled, modified, and created directly in the task planning interface.
Adjusting the Due Date
Due dates can be entered manually using Opening the task or dragged and dropped to the desired appointment. When using drag-and-drop in the weekly view, the due date is always set to the Friday of the selected week.

Creating Tasks
If a trip lasts more than a week, a "+" icon appears, which can be used to create a task. You can also do this using the "Create" option. For more information on creating a task, see the following article: Creating Tasks.

Scheduling Tasks and Journal Entries for Target Dates
Both Tasks and Journal Entries can be planned for a target date when they are created or edited. The selected target date is then displayed as a label on the respective item. If an item is planned for a target date, the due date can no longer be changed by the person responsible. For more information on target dates, see the following article: Milestones.
In the "Assignment & Planning" section, clicking the due date opens the calendar.

There, you can use the "Select Target Date" option to choose an existing target date instead of a fixed date.

You can then search for and select the desired target date from the list.

Color-coding by category groups
By selecting a category group, tasks and journal entries on the board can be highlighted according to their assigned categories. For a category group to appear in the selection, at least one category in the group must have a color assigned to it. Otherwise, the group will not appear in the selection. When a category group is selected, all categories it contains are displayed in the defined colors. Categories without an assigned color (white categories) remain uncolored. For more information on categories, see the following article: Project settings.
