Task planning
The following article describes how tasks are planned, filtered and created in the task planning view and how milestones are created and edited.

Create a new task or milestone
Adjust due dates
The due dates can be entered manually by opening the task (by clicking on it) or dragged and dropped to the desired appointment.
With drag & drop in the weekly view, the due date is always set to the Friday of the selected week.
Create tasks
When driving over a week, a + symbol appears, which can be used to create a task. The same is possible via the + new symbol.

Create milestones
Milestones are automatically transferred to task planning if a Scheduling with MS Project exists.
Milestones can also be created manually by clicking on the + symbol in the corresponding week or on the +New symbol in the overview. Select milestone next.
Enter title
Select categories
Select due date
Switch between notes and options
Select superordinate milestones (this subordinates this milestone, i.e. The subordinate milestone must be achieved to fulfill the superordinate milestone)
Use the new milestone as a superordinate milestone
Use of the milestones
If a Task created or Edited becomes, it can be scheduled to one of the existing milestones.
When the milestone is selected, the following options are available:
Open the milestone (all information about the milestone is displayed here, including an overview of the tasks to be completed that have been scheduled for this milestone. Click on the task view to open an overview of these tasks).
Filter open tasks for this milestone in the task overview.
Create a new task that is planned for this milestone.
Display all tasks that are scheduled for this milestone.
