Plotting PDF Documents and Plans
To plot PDF documents, first select one or more files, and then access the plot function via "Options."
After that, you can use "Contact" to select one or more recipients and enter the delivery address.
Next, you can specify options such as the number of copies, processing mode, zoom factor, print quality, and media. You can also add additional documents to the job. Furthermore, you have the option to add a QR code to the documents for version verification. Finally, you can adjust the shipping options and the billing address, and optionally enter a note for the Plotcenter.
Varying Number of Versions per Recipient
If you need to send plotted documents in varying quantities to multiple recipients, you can proceed as follows:
- A separate plot job is created for each recipient, with the desired number of copies for each
- Alternatively, the desired quantity per recipient can be entered in the "Comments" field for the plot service
When the plotting job is submitted, an email is automatically sent to the plot service. The person who placed the order is copied (CC) on the email.

Tracking Plotted Documents
Using the Version history, you can track at any time who plotted a document, when it was plotted, and which version was used.
You can view detailed information about the plot job by clicking on the entry in the version history.
The detailed view of the plotting job displays information about the recipient, the plotted documents, the delivery, and the billing address.
