Measuring and Filtering in PDFs
Measuring Distances and Areas
The measurement functions allow you to measure distances and areas according to the map scale.

Filter Function for Notes and Comments
The filter function allows you to search, sort, and filter annotations and elements in a PDF document.

The following article describes how to use the measurement function and the filters for annotations in PDFs: Edit PDF documents online
Advanced Date Filter in Documents and Lists
With the advanced date filter, you can select the desired date on the calendar or set a dynamic range (e.g., the last 7 days). When a time range is selected, the filter’s date adjusts automatically. For example, the last 7 days are always displayed, regardless of which day you open the filtered view. Combined with favorites, this allows you to create helpful views.

Task/Session Navigation on the Home Page
The View Tasks in Project role allows you to go directly from your personal home page to your personal tasks in the corresponding project.
This role is also available for meetings.

Accessing a Project via Favorites
By clicking on the desired project, you can navigate to it directly from the Favorites view.

Tips and Tricks: Filtering Documents
To create filtered views of all documents, you can switch to No Structure. This hides the folders and displays all documents in the project.

For example, you can create a filtered view that displays all documents that have been modified in the last 7 days. If you then save the filtered view as a favorite, it will always be available in Quick Access.
