Home Concept


There is now only one new main project homepage that contains all the important information from all projects.

  7. The home page can also be customized.



  • Click "Help" to open the live support chat or go to the help page. Clicking the buildagil logo will take you to the website.



Main Navigation Menu


The new main navigation menu is aligned to the left and is always displayed.



  1. Personal Settings (Customize your address, phone number, profile picture, online/offline status, accent colors, and background colors)
  2. Start - Main Home Page
  3. Activities—All project activities will be displayed here in the future.
  4. Search—Search across all projects or within specific projects
  5. Projects—All projects are listed here—Navigation to individual projects
  6. New - Creating new objects, such as (tasks, information, topics, journal entries, meetings)



Project Navigation / Contents


From the project home page, navigate to a project. To do this, click on the desired project and select the menu item you want to navigate to.

Assignment Layout


The new task layout is more compact and is centered. The task information is displayed on the left, and the conversation—consisting of the comments—is displayed to the right of it.




Meetings


  1. The compact navigation provides a quick overview and makes it easy to navigate.
  2. As a new feature, any meeting participant can now save comments in draft mode during both meeting preparation and the meeting itself. These draft comments can be edited later by the meeting organizer. This allows multiple people to provide comments simultaneously during the meeting.




  • The saved draft comment is marked accordingly.




Mobile App


Install the buildagil app on your mobile devices from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Favorites


Set favorite folders, files, or filtered views so you can access them as quickly and easily as possible.

Journal


Take advantage of the journal role by creating entries for construction documentation, defect management, or incidents directly through the mobile app.

Map Feature


The media library now features a new map function that displays recordings directly on the map based on their location data.
