Using the download feature, you can download individual or multiple documents, as well as entire folders.
If multiple documents or folders are selected, they will be downloaded as a ZIP file.

Troubleshooting Known Download Issues
When downloading documents and folders, the following technical limitations apply regarding file sizes:
Multiple files/folders: Maximum 20 GB
Possible solutions:
- Download files/folders in multiple steps
- Use Project export
- Download via Goodsync
Single file: Maximum 250 GB
Possible solutions:
- Use Project export
- Download via Goodsync
Troubleshooting Downloading Folders via the Desktop App Using Safari
When downloading folders via the Safari desktop app, a new tab may open in the Safari browser with no content. The download does not start, and no further action takes place. This is due to a limitation of the Safari desktop app, as it does not support downloading folders. You can download individual files. Alternatively, you can use a different default browser to install the desktop app or use buildagil directly in the Safari browser.
