Observing tasks
This role can be used to keep track of tasks for which you are not entered as responsible or for collaboration. In addition, all persons who observe a task receive a Message when the task is completed. The observation can be activated for each element with existing visibility. Activation is done via the "Watch element" icon. For creators of an element, monitoring is activated by default and can be deselected manually via the options when creating a task.

Display of observed tasks
By selecting the filter "Observed" under "All tasks", all observed tasks can be displayed.
