Navigation | Optimized minimization of the display window
The display window of elements can now be minimized with a click outside the dialog. This enables faster and more intuitive navigation and optimizes the workflow.

Project settings | Custom order in navigation
The order of the navigation entries can now be adjusted using drag & drop. This makes navigation clearer and more visually appealing.

Project settings | Moving and sorting categories & document properties
Category or document property groups can now be moved using drag & drop. This makes it easier to adjust the structure of the groups in the project and reorganize them if necessary.

Messages | Summarized notifications
The new "Message & combined notification" option is now available in the Message Center. This allows notifications to be received in a bundle by email and as push notifications at 06:00 and 12:30.
The summary contains all unread messages that have not yet been opened at the time of sending and have not already been sent. This maintains an overview without having to notify each message individually. This setting can be used for the message types assignments, comments or reminders for tasks and session preparation.

BIM | Model editing with Navisworks
With the Navisworks app, project content such as Model tasks, documents and other elements from buildagil can be displayed and edited in Navisworks. The model sections from the tasks can also be opened directly in Navisworks. This eliminates the need to manually search for the correct view and allows changes to be made to the model efficiently.
Models saved in buildagil can be opened directly from the document area in the Navisworks app. Via the App, personal homes, tasks, projects & favorites are also available. The OneDrive synchronization can be used to save changed IFC and PDF files directly back into buildagil.

With the Vectorworks app, project content such as Model tasks, documents and other elements from buildagil can be displayed and edited in Vectorworks. The model sections from the tasks can also be opened directly in Vectorworks. This eliminates the need to manually search for the correct view and allows changes to be made to the model efficiently.
Models saved in buildagil can be opened directly from the document area in the Vectorworks app. The App also provides access to personal homes, tasks, projects and favorites. Via OneDrive synchronization, changed IFC and PDF files can then be saved directly back into buildagil.

Meetings | Optimization of lists and inserts
New: lists and inserts from meetings can be sent to all participants. This enables flexible control of dispatch and ensures that information is made available to the right recipients in a targeted manner. It is also possible to generate a pending list for the open tasks for the meeting type.
As before, sending can be restricted to external participants via the options.

Personal tasks | Activation of personal tasks for all users
Personal tasks are now available to all users. This allows users to record and organize their own activities independently of projects. Personal tasks help you to keep track of individual tasks and structure your day-to-day work.
Personal tasks are only visible to your own person. They can be managed via the task board on the home page and displayed together with your own project tasks. This provides a central overview of all pending activities.

New: personal tasks can be found via the [2ca19ba1-a091-4b76-8cba-78cd9d99eebf]. Personal tasks that have already been completed can also be found again at any time.

If links are inserted in a checklist item, these are now also displayed as clickable links. This allows checklist items to be supplemented with links in addition to the description.

OpenCDE API | Various extensions
Various endpoints have been added to the openCDE API. This enables an extended integration of buildagil into existing systems and automated processes. The following enhancements have been made:
- Call up meetings
- Call up milestones
- Retrieve and create checklist items for tasks
