Activate the Preview Version

The preview version provides access to the new features of buildagil. These features are in the final testing phase before their general release. By activating the preview version, you can start using these features right away.

Since this is a preview version, buildagil may not behave as expected, or roles may change before the general release. You can disable the preview version at any time.

To activate the preview version, click on the "profile picture" and then on "Preview."

Tasks & Topics:

General | Optimizing List Options

The actions in list views have been consolidated and are new and can now be accessed via the "Show Options" button. This results in a cleaner interface.

General | Caching

For Tasks & Topics, journal entries, meetings, and inspections & acceptances, you can now save a draft by right-clicking the Save button to open the context menu, without closing the item. This allows you to continue editing immediately.

Previously, creating a shortcut required manually entering a name and path. The new feature allows a shortcut to be created directly from an existing document—either via the context menu (even when multiple items are selected) or by pasting a copied link into another folder or project.

For more information on links, see the following article: Links in the folder structure.

Tasks & Topics | Exporting Individual Tasks, Topics, and Journal Entries

Tasks can now be exported directly from the context menu as a new feature. This allows you to export individual tasks as PDF files.

For more information on exporting tasks, topics, and journal entries, see the following articles: Exporting Tasks & Topics, Exporting Journal Entries.

Tasks & Topics | Resetting Employees' Subtasks

The status of a subtask assigned to employees can now be reset by the project administrator, the task creator, or the person responsible for the task. This allows a subtask that has already been marked as completed to be set back to open without having to recreate the task.

For more information on completing subtasks, see the following article: Editing Tasks.
