Project | Linking Guidelines in the Project Settings
For the guideline in the project settings, it is now possible to specify an external link (URL) in addition to a document from the project or from the device. This allows guidelines to be stored centrally and integrated into multiple projects via a link, so that changes made to the source are automatically applied to all projects in which the guideline is linked. This eliminates the need to maintain the document multiple times.

For more information about project settings, see the following article: Project settings.
General | Optimizing List Options
The actions in list views have been consolidated and are new and can now be accessed via the "Show Options" button. This results in a cleaner interface.

General | Caching Elements
For Tasks & Topics, journal entries, meetings, and inspections & acceptances, you can now save a draft by right-clicking the Save button without closing the item. This allows you to continue editing immediately.

Documents & Plans | Simplified Creation of Links
It is now possible to create a shortcut for one or more documents directly from the context menu. This eliminates the need to manually enter the name and path.

For more information on links, see the following article: Links in the folder structure.
Tasks & Topics | Exporting Individual Elements
New features allow tasks, topics, and journal entries to be exported directly as Word or PDF files via the context menu.

For more information on exporting tasks, topics, and journal entries, see the following articles: Exporting Tasks & Topics, Exporting Journal Entries.
Tasks & Topics | Resetting Employees' Subtasks
The status of a subtask assigned to employees can now be manually set or reset by the project administrator, the task creator, or the person responsible for the task. This allows a subtask that has already been marked as completed to be set back to open.

For more information on completing subtasks, see the following article: Editing Tasks.
Tasks & Topics | Role-Based Default Recipients for Comments
Starting now, the default recipient group consisted of the employees, the person responsible/in charge, and the creator of an item. The new default recipient group will be determined based on roles and in a cascading manner: If the person adding the comment is themselves listed as the person responsible/in charge, the employees’ names will be pre-filled. If there are no employees, the creator of the item is pre-filled instead. If the person making the comment is designated as a collaborator, the responsible/in-charge person is pre-filled. This helps ensure that only those who are actually affected are notified. The recipient group can be expanded individually or via groups.

For more information about the comments, see the following article: Working with Comments.
Tasks & Topics | Reply to the Author or to All Comment Recipients
When replying to a comment, you can now choose whether to reply only to the author of the comment or, as before, to send the reply to all recipients of the original comment. The original comment will be automatically linked in the new comment. This allows you to address the desired people more directly.

For more information about the comments, see the following article: Working with Comments.
Journal | Data Entry via Voice Input
New journal entries can now be entered via voice input. By clicking the microphone icon, details such as title, classification, categories, description, involved company, responsibility, or due date are automatically assigned to the corresponding fields. Existing information—for example, that entered via a Template—is supplemented rather than overwritten, unless explicitly stated otherwise. If the responsible person is recognized, the associated company is also automatically filled in. Multiple voice recordings can be made in succession, with the information already recorded being taken into account each time.

In the Mobile App, you can also record a voice memo as part of the description. This allows for offline data entry on the construction site, since the voice memo can be transcribed at a later time. The transcript can then be applied either just to the description or to the entire journal entry.
