Activate preview version
The preview version offers access to the new roles of buildagil. These roles are in the final test phase before the general release. By activating the preview version, these roles can already be used.
To activate the preview version, click on the "Profile picture" and then on "Preview version".

Documents & plans | Configurable text for QR codes
For PDF documents, the caption displayed above the QR code can now be customized. Previously, a fixed standard text was used across all projects. With the new option, this text can be formulated more specifically in the Project settings.

Meetings & protocols | Draft comments when reworking protocols
If a protocol is returned to rework after it has been sent for approval, new draft comments for the meeting are also displayed. These can be subsequently formulated and saved as "Additional information on the protocol".
In addition, a message appears when the protocol is generated if draft comments are still available. This prevents open drafts from being inadvertently skipped from the outset.

Tasks & topics | Individual reminders for tasks
New individual reminders can be created for tasks by setting the date and time. A notification is sent when a reminder is set. The reminders are also displayed in Reporting center and can be set again from there.
