Multi-Teams

Users can now be assigned to new teams. To do this, go to "Contacts," select the desired user, and choose the appropriate teams.

The user is now listed under both teams.

Project-Specific Menu Navigation

You can customize the project-specific menu navigation as needed via project settings. For example, you can add a link to a webcam, a BIM platform, or a GIS platform.

You can access the project-specific navigation from within the project or directly from the home page.

Minimization Function

You have a window open, but you want to access some other information and then navigate back. You can do this very easily by minimizing the currently open window and reopening it at any time.

Clicking Minimize minimizes the open window.

The open window will be minimized and can be reopened at any time by clicking in the right corner.

You can switch to other content within the project at any time, as well as open, minimize, and access new elements whenever you like.

Messages / Notification Center

New: Notifications can now be viewed in the menu navigation under Messages. You can see how many unread messages you have based on the batch number.

You can choose whether you would like to receive notifications in the future only as messages on buildagil or also as email notifications.

You can also disable email notifications directly by clicking the gear icon in the messages.

The messages are displayed in order of receipt. The number of unread messages is shown as a batch.

Messages can be marked as read or unread with a single click.

In addition, you can, for example, reply directly to comments.

Document Categories

The new document categories are available as an additional column, such as "document type."

• Select the desired document type as the category

• Specify the document type or additional category columns via the project settings Documents
