Personal tasks
Personal tasks serve as an individual workspace within buildagil, in which your own activities can be planned and tracked in a central location, independently of the project. This allows you to structure and organize your day-to-day work better.
Personal tasks are only visible to the person themselves. They can be entered flexibly via the menu navigation, the personal task board or directly from documents, meetings, tasks & topics, journal entries and inspections & approvals; the corresponding elements are linked automatically.
A standardized approach is now possible for planning: personal tasks are displayed together with the project tasks on the personal task board. With the new focus area on the board, tasks that are currently to be edited can be bundled together using drag & drop - the due dates remain unchanged.
You can find more information about the personal task board in the following article: Personal home.
This bundling creates a clear overview of all activities in one location. This provides a central, private workspace in which personal and project-related work can be seamlessly combined.
Start & Navigation | Widgets without project reference
It is now possible to store webcam and website widgets without a project reference on the personal home page. The setting can be opened on the home page with "Customize home page".
You can then select the desired widget type with or without a project reference.
For more information on customizing the home page, see the following article: Personal home.
Contacts | Login information for project administrators
Project administrators can now check for users whether a user has been able to register and log in to buildagil and whether access has been successfully set up. The time period in which the last login took place is displayed: never, within the last 30 days or more than 30 days ago. The information is updated once a day.
You can find more information on editing contacts in the following article: Create & edit users & external contacts
Documents & plans | Configurable QR code position
The position of the QR code can be configured individually for the respective project in the Project settings. Several configurations can also be stored per project. This allows the QR code to be perfectly adapted to the layout of the respective PDF document.
When adding a QR code to a document, the previously defined configuration can be selected.
Further information on version checking with QR codes for PDF documents can be found in the following article: Version check with QR code for PDF documents
Documents & plans | Transfer of folder name when downloading
When downloading an individual folder, the new folder name is adopted. This eliminates the previous generic naming, which makes it easier to recognize and assign folders.
You can find more information on downloading documents & folders in the following article: Download documents & folders
Tasks | Deactivate observation when creating
When creating a task or journal entry, a new selection can be made as to whether the element should be monitored or not. This eliminates the need to reopen the element to change this setting.
You can find more information on observing tasks in the following article: Observing tasks.
Journal | Automatic completion of the company
When creating a journal entry, the associated company involved is automatically filled in after selecting the responsible person, if no company has been selected yet. This saves the step of selecting the company manually.
You can find more information on creating journal entries in the following article: Creating journal entries.
