Expansion of Gesture Control in the Mobile App
The controls in the buildagil mobile app have been enhanced with additional gestures, making the app faster to use. Here are a few examples of gestures:
You can switch between menu items by swiping right or left.

You can also swipe right or left to switch between the information and the comments in tasks, journal entries, and topics.

When an item is open, you can swipe down to close or minimize it. Swiping to the lower left minimizes the item and moves it to the Quick Selection panel. Swiping to the bottom right closes the element. If the element is being edited and is closed, a message appears asking whether the changes should be saved.

In the folder structure and in lists, you can swipe right to return to the previous view.

Access to Meeting Minutes for Team Members
Now, all members of a team—including new members—can access the meeting minutes as long as someone from the team participated in the meeting. This makes it easier for new members, for example, to see what was discussed in past meetings.
Expanding the Symoblik in the Documents
In the folder structure, it is new to see at a glance which folders contain files and which do not (across all levels). The difference is indicated by the folder icon.

In addition, new files that buildagil cannot read are marked with an exclamation point. Files are displayed as unreadable if they have no content or if the file is corrupted. In this case, the file can be replaced.

Direct Navigation in the Project List
With the new Navigate Directly option, you can access the desired project with a single click. When this option is enabled, the selection of contacts, documents, etc., is no longer displayed when you want to open a project. This setting can be enabled or disabled under Projects in Settings by clicking Navigate Directly.

New Filter Options for Tasks, Topics, and Journal Entries
New filter options have been added to the Tasks and Journal views to make searching and filtering easier. The new filter options include, in particular, the completion date of a task or journal entry, whether the item was used in a meeting or protocol, and the creation date of an item.

Optimized Display of Category Selection
The new categories are displayed side by side, provided the screen width allows it. This improves the overall view and makes it easier to select individual categories.
