Document inspection with inspection task

If a document is assigned the status Review, a review task can be created directly.



In addition to the known components of a task, this task is then given the examination procedure. Here, the review can be subdivided and these parts assigned to different people. The review task is only considered completed when everyone has completed their part of the review.



Once the review is completed, the document automatically receives the status Approved.

Agenda and minutes processing on the smartphone

The agenda and protocol of a meeting can now also be opened and edited on a smartphone. To do this, simply open the meeting in the buildagil app and click on Edit agenda items or Edit protocol.

Optimization of the message center and the search function

The message center and the global search function are now even easier to use. When an element is selected in the search, it now opens next to the search window. The search window also remains open so that several elements can be opened and searched at the same time. The message center behaves identically so that new messages can be edited more quickly.

Teams and contact groups in tasks, information, decisions and meetings

Both teams and contact groups now appear for the selection of participants. This option simplifies the selection of groups regardless of the project configuration.

Sort and filter projects

New projects can be sorted and filtered according to various criteria. This makes it easier to organize projects and open the desired project more quickly.

Name Onedrive folder

With Synchronize with Onedrive, the new folder name can be entered manually if you want a different one than the project name.
