BIM | Adjustment of the filter sequence

The order of the model filters can be moved and rearranged. This enables more flexible adaptation of the filter logic without having to delete and re-enter existing settings.

You can find detailed information on the model filter in the following article: Filter & search models

BIM | Aligning a view to the cut

The view can be aligned with "Focus" or by double-clicking on the sectional area. For example, the model can be displayed to scale in the 2D view.

You can find detailed information on model editing in the following article: Editing & opening models

BIM | Display of measurements in model sections

The measurements are now also displayed in model sections.

You can find detailed information on creating model sections in the following article: Creating model sections

BIM | Representation of groupings

It is now possible to display groupings in models that are defined via IfcGroup. Groups are used to organize model elements independently of the hierarchical structure. This makes it easier to structure the model and enables a customized structure without changing the existing hierarchy.

You can find further information on the structure of models in the following article: Editing models, objects and types

BIM | Adjustment of the panel size

The size of the panel can be adjusted in the model viewer. This makes long names and deep model structures fully visible, which improves visibility and navigation in the model.

Documents | Signing PDFs with Skribble

Scribble is a program for the creation and distribution of digital signatures. Documents from buildagil can be transferred directly to Skribble and signed there.

Detailed information on activating and using Skribble in buildagil can be found in the following article: Signing with Skribble

Documents | Overwrite documents

If a file is uploaded, moved or copied and an existing file would be replaced, you can select whether both files should be kept or whether the existing file should be overwritten. This allows both documents to be retained.

You can find detailed information on the version history of documents in the following article: Version history for documents

Documents | Restoring the inheritance of visibility

The visibility of a folder can be reset to the original settings. When this reset takes place, the folder regains its previous visibility. The settings of subfolders remain unchanged. Folders at the top level cannot be reset. These changes can only be made by project administrators or project coordinators who have created the folder themselves. This means that changes to the folder structure can be easily undone.

You can find detailed information on the inheritance of visibility on folders & documents in the following article: Visibilities on folders & documents

Documents | Optimization of the viewer

The performance and display of the viewer for the documents has been optimized. The improved display means that there is significantly more space available for displaying the documents on all devices.

General | Optimization of project settings

The project settings have been revised and optimized in terms of display and handling.

You can find detailed information on the project settings in the following article: Project settings

General | Filter by project location for the project list

It is now possible to filter projects on the home page according to their project location. This facilitates the targeted search of projects.

You can find more information about the personal home page in the following article: Personal home
