The protocol approval for controls & inspections can be skipped with Grant approval directly.

Shipping details of the protocol
After the protocol has been sent, the Sending details for the protocol can now also be displayed.
It is possible to create several follow-up appointments at once. To do this, click on ... under Create follow-up appointment.
The time interval and the number of appointments can then be entered. The appointments are created and can be edited and saved.
The meetings can then be displayed in the overview.

It is possible to filter for tasks & topics from other meetings when preparing for a meeting. The filter can be extended to other meetings by clicking on the filter icon.

Dispatch of decisions as attachments for external participants
Previous decisions in a meeting type can be added to the protocol as an attachment for external participants.

Shipping details of the protocol
After the protocol has been sent, the Sending details for the protocol can now also be displayed.
If attachments have been added to the protocol, these can be displayed under Sent attachments.

If you filter for sent messages in the message center, other message types (such as the assignment of a task or the sending of a protocol) are listed in addition to the comments. If you move the mouse over the title of the message, the recipients are displayed.

If several documents are to be printed with the same plot settings, the settings for one document can be applied to all selected documents with Apply to all.
When sending the plot order, the stored telephone number is now also transmitted for queries when ordering.
In the Project settings, a note on order creation can be stored for the selected plot service.
The note is then displayed in the plot settings.

When the visibility filter is activated, the folders and files that are not visible are grayed out. This improves the overview and navigation in the folder structure for the visibility check.
