The personal settings can be opened by clicking on the profile picture.

Customizing the profile

The contact information can be changed via "Customize profile". The name can be changed by clicking on the name displayed. The email address and company, as well as the associated company logo, cannot be changed as the user is synchronized with the global user administration. In such cases, please contact support.



The profile picture can be customized by clicking on the writer icon. For a sharp display, the photos should be at least 500x500 pixels in size.

Setting the presence status

The presence status can be set to "Out of office" if there is no availability on buildagil for a longer period of time. After clicking on out of office, the absence assistant can be activated.



The "Out of office" status is now displayed under the contacts and the project members are informed of the absence if, for example, a task is assigned.

Change the language

buildagil is available in German, English, French and Italian. Click on "Change language & restart app" to adopt the selected language and restart buildagil.



The multilingualism refers to the app and not to the project content (e.g. Tasks, topics, documents, etc.).

Customize the display

The accent and background color can be changed here as desired.
