Overview of Personal Settings

You can open your personal settings by clicking on your profile picture.

  3. Log out to log in again or as a different user

Customizing Your Profile

Contact information such as department, address, phone number, cell phone number, and profile picture can be changed via "Edit Profile". The name can be edited by clicking on the displayed name. The email address, company name, and associated company logo cannot be changed because the user is synchronized with global user management. In such cases, please contact Support.



You can change your profile picture by clicking the pencil icon. For the best quality, photos should be at least 500x500 pixels in size.

Setting Your Presence Status

Your presence status can be set to "out of office" if you will be unavailable on buildagil for an extended period of time. After clicking out of office, you can activate the out-of-office assistant.



The "out of office" status is now displayed in the contacts list, and project members are notified of the absence if, for example, a task is assigned.

Changing the Language

buildagil is available in German, English, French, and Italian. Clicking "Change Language & Restart App" applies the selected language and starts buildagil new.



Multilingual support applies to the app and not to the project content (e.g., tasks, topics, documents, etc.).

Customizing the Display

You can change the accent and background colors here as you like.
