Archiving or deactivating folders

Folders can be changed from a Project admin to archived or inactive. The "Inactive" status is used if the folder is not currently required. The "Archived" status is used for older data that is to be backed up but is no longer actively used.


Documents within the folder can still be changed for teams with write access.


To do this, click in the Status column of the desired folder.



Confirm with Change status.



The folder is now grayed out. The status is now "Archived" or "Inactive".
