Favorites for Documents & Folders
Frequently used folders or documents can be marked as favorites so that they are accessible directly within the project and on the Personal home without having to perform navigation through the folder structure. Folders or individual files can be marked as favorites using the star icon.

You can then assign a name to the favorite. Saved favorites are then listed in the Favorites division.

Favorite Views by Filter
Frequently used filter settings can be saved as a view so that they don't have to be set up new each time you open the view. The document view is described as an example. For more information on how to set filters in general, see the following article: Search & Filter.
In the following example, the system searches for all documents with the status "Review" in the project. To do this, the appropriate filter is first set.

You can then save the filter settings as a view.

All project participants can save personal views. Users with the role of project administrator or project coordinator can also create project views that are visible to all project participants. For more information about these roles, see the following article: Users / Contacts / Teams / Contact Groups / Roles.

Once a name has been entered for the view, it appears in the document navigation.

Accessing Favorites
To ensure that saved favorites can be quickly located regardless of your current location within the project, there are three ways to access them. You can access all favorites in the Projects division via the top-level menu navigation.

On the Personal home, your favorites are also directly accessible.

Within a project, favorites are also displayed in the respective division—for example, under documents, users & contacts, or tasks & topics. The favorites list displays project views first, followed by personal views; within each of these two groups, the items are sorted alphabetically.

Editing Favorites
To keep the favorites list organized and up to date, you can edit existing favorites. Using the three-dot menu, you can open favorites, copy the link to the view, rename the view, or remove it.

Offline Access to Documents in the Mobile App
PDF documents saved as favorites can be made available offline in the mobile app by downloading them in advance. Offline documents are kept up to date in the background. If an offline document has been recently changed and has not yet been updated, a corresponding message will also be displayed. This ensures that you can always work with the most up-to-date documents, even in offline mode. For more information, see the following article: Mobile App.
