Configuration of the plot service


The plot service can be configured in the Project settings under "Documents". The provider and the preferred location can be selected there. In addition, the billing address and optionally a contract number, project ID and a note for order creation can be entered. This note is displayed to all users before plotting. The plot service can also be deactivated there.

Plotting PDF documents and plans


To plot PDF documents, first select one or more files and then call up the plot function via "Options".


You can then use "Contact" to select one or more recipients and enter the delivery address.



Next, options such as the number of copies, processing mode, zoom factor, print quality and medium can be specified. Additional documents can also be added to the job. It is also possible to add a QR code to the documents for version checking. You can find detailed information on QR codes in the following article: Version check with QR code for PDF documents.



Finally, the delivery options and the billing address can be adjusted and an optional comment for the plot center can be entered.

Tracking of plotted documents


The Version history can be used at any time to track who plotted which version of a document and when.



Detailed information on the plot job can be displayed by clicking on the entry in the version history.



The detailed view of the plot order shows information on the recipient, the plotted documents, the delivery and the billing address.
