Editing with Power PDF
Clicking the Edit in PDF app button opens the selected document in Power PDF.
Power PDF will then display the following message:
Click Check Out and Open.
After that, the document can be edited and saved as usual. Once you have finished editing, you can close the document. The following message will then appear:
Click Yes.
Kofax Power PDF Advanced Installation
When installing Kofax Power PDF Advanced, you must also install the SharePoint connector to enable connectivity with buildagil.
To do this, download the Power PDF installation file and run it.
During installation, select Custom and click Next
After a short loading time, the following window will appear. Click Install.
Then click Next > until the following window appears.
Select Custom and click Next >.
In the next window, click Connectors and select Install this feature and all subfeatures.
Then click Next >.
Finally, select the installation location and proceed with the execution of the installation.
When you open Power PDF, the Connectors option—which contains settings for SharePoint—appears under File / Options.
Now go to step Connect the PDF app to buildagil to establish the connection between Power PDF and buildagil.
