Projects & Favorites

All projects for which an invitation has been issued are displayed in the project list. This view allows direct access to the project content. Projects can be pinned so that they appear at the top of the list.

The filter is used to restrict the project list according to the project location, which can be defined in Project settings.

The options are used to control the display, sorting and navigation (direct forwarding to the project).

In the favorites, documents & folders that have been saved as favorites are displayed for each project. Further information on favorites is described in the article Favorites.

Tasks

The task overview displays all Tasks and journal entries from all projects for which a responsible or involved role is entered. The project-independent Personal tasks are also displayed. The filter is used to differentiate between the task types "All", "Responsible", "Collaboration" and "Personal". You can also switch between the list view and the personal task board.

As in the list, the personal task board displays all tasks and journal entries for which a responsible or involved role exists. The same filters by task type are also available here. In addition, the view can be switched from the weekly to the daily view. Tasks and journal entries can be moved using drag & drop. This adjusts the due date for tasks without a target date, while tasks with a target date cannot be moved.

You can find more information about the tasks in the following article: Create tasks.
