PDF editing with Power PDF

The following article describes how to edit PDF documents with Kofax Power PDF.

Editing with Power PDF

Click the Edit in PDF app button to open the desired document in Power PDF.





The following message is then displayed in Power PDF:
Click on Check out and open.



The document can then be edited and saved as normal. After editing, the document can be closed. The following message then appears:
Click on Yes.

Kofax Power PDF Advanced Installation

When installing Kofax Power PDF Advanced, the SharePoint connector must also be installed to enable the connection with buildagil.
To do this, download the Power PDF installation file and run it.

Select Custom during installation and click Next



After a short loading time, the following window appears. Click on Install.



Then click on Next > until the following window appears.
Select Customized and click Next >.



In the following window, click on Connectors and select Install this feature and all subfeatures.
Then click on Next >.



Finally, select the storage location and execute the installation.
If Power PDF is now opened, the Connectors item with settings for SharePoint appears under File / Options.

Now go to step Connect PDF app with buildagil to establish the connection between Power PDF and buildagil.
