Troubleshooting

When attempting to open a PDF document from buildagil in Foxit using "Open in PDF App," the program may stop with the message "File not found. Check to see if the file has been moved, renamed, or deleted."

This may be caused by an outdated path in Foxit's internal history cache, which prevents access to the current file in buildagil. You can reset the history cache by opening the "History" division in Foxit's settings. The value for "Maximum Number of Documents" can be temporarily set to 0, which will clear the cache.

Foxit file not found, failed to open PDF, Foxit history cache, reset MRU list, SharePoint path error, Foxit settings history, open PDF from SharePoint, clear Foxit cache
