Edit in Foxit
PDF documents from buildagil can be edited directly in Foxit without having to be downloaded. To prevent other users from saving changes to the same document while it is being edited, the document is checked out when saved and checked back in when closed.
When you open the document, a message appears in Foxit. Clicking "Open" enables you to edit the document.
The first time you save the document, a message prompting you to check it out will appear. Clicking "Check Out and Save" locks the document so others cannot access it and saves your changes.
When you close the document, a message prompting you to check it in appears; confirm it by clicking "Yes."
In the window that appears, click "OK" to sync the document with buildagil and release it for others again.

Troubleshooting the "File Not Found" Error Message
When attempting to open a PDF document from buildagil in Foxit using "Open in PDF App," the program may abort with the message "File not found. Check to see if the file has been moved, renamed, or deleted."
This may be caused by an outdated path in Foxit's internal history cache, which prevents access to the current file in buildagil. The history cache can be reset by opening the "History" division in Foxit's settings. The value for "Maximum Number of Documents" can be temporarily set to 0, which will clear the cache.
