Multi-Teams

Users can now be assigned to several teams. To do this, go to the desired user via Contacts and select the corresponding teams.



The user is now listed under both teams.

Project-specific menu navigation

Extend the project-specific menu navigation as required via the project settings. For example, a link to a webcam, a BIM platform or a GIS platform.



The project-specific navigation can be accessed in the project or directly from the home page.

Minimization function

You have opened a window, but want to access different information and then navigate back again. You can do this easily by minimizing the currently open window and opening it again at any time.

Click on Minimize to minimize the open window.



The open window is minimized and can be reopened at any time by clicking in the right-hand corner.



You can switch to other content within the project at any time and open new elements, minimize them and access them again at any time.

Messages / Notification Center

The notifications can now be viewed in the menu navigation under Messages. You can see how many unread messages you have based on the batch.




You can choose whether you want to receive future notifications only as a message on buildagil or additionally as email notifications.



The email notifications can also be deactivated directly via the cogwheel icon in the messages.




The messages are displayed sorted by date received. The number of unread messages is displayed as a batch.




Messages can be marked as read or unread by clicking on them.



You can also reply directly to comments, for example.

Document categories

New are the document categories as an additional column, e.g. Document type



Select the desired document type as a category



Define document type or additional category columns via the project settings *Documents
